Fantastic service in every way!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how efficient and helpful this service was! We booked a transfer from the train station to our hotel in Vang Vieng town.

Communication was clear (via WhatsApp), the car was clean and electric (very happy surprise!) and it was waiting for us at the train station at the agreed upon time. It beats being crammed into the back of a Tuk Tuk and driving along the bumpy and dusty roads in the open (there's plenty of time for that when you get to the town).
